WARRANTY FAQ

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER.

Direct answers to common questions about ownership, service, evidence, and exclusions.

01 When does warranty coverage begin?

Coverage begins on the date the bike is delivered to the original retail purchaser. Keep your order confirmation and delivery record as proof.

02 Is the warranty transferable?

The warranty is issued to the original retail purchaser. Contact VEXELON before purchase or transfer to confirm whether any remaining coverage can be transferred in writing.

03 Are labor and repair-shop fees covered?

Unless VEXELON approves them in writing before the work begins, third-party labor, diagnostics, installation, recovery, and service fees are not covered or reimbursed.

04 Are tires, brake pads, chains, and other wear items covered?

Wear items are not covered for ordinary wear. A claim may still be reviewed when clear evidence shows a manufacturing defect rather than wear, damage, misuse, or incorrect adjustment.

05 What can void or exclude a claim?

Claims may be excluded for crashes, misuse, competition or commercial use, neglected maintenance, improper assembly or charging, water intrusion, unauthorized repair, modified wiring or controls, incompatible parts, removed serial numbers, or continued use after a safety issue appears.

06 How quickly should I report shipping damage?

Report it as soon as possible because carrier claims are time-sensitive. Keep the carton, pallet, labels, and packing materials, and send clear photos or video before assembly or use.
